The workshop focuses on learning techniques taking acrobatic dance as a base for movement. Aerobatics (fabric, trapeze) and Floor Acrobatics (Mini-tramp, shot, roles, vertical, croissants, etc.).. Based on the challenges posed by gravity, investments in space, and the constant search for balance, forces the body to reorganize the shaft through the body weight in both the floor and in the air.
